Design Selling?

I was wondering if its possible to sell of the design to 42type.net to make some cash?

Provided you own it, sure you can. If you don't own the rights to it (copyright etc.), you need to gain these first. If you made it yourself or had the design made for you, then it's more than likely allowed. If you're not sure, your best bet is to contact the company/person that did the design, and ask them.
