Desperately need help

Till day b4 tomorrow my site easysales DOT pcriot DOT com was working but now im getting this error

is the hosting site at fault? Because im sure the php files are perfect.. Im getting this error quite frequently it comes and then goes off.... PLZ HELPPPPPPPPPPP

ive been getting that change your config files to mysql.x10hosting.com i found that made things more stable

Change your config, or settings file, from localhost to mysql.x10hosting.com

for IPB it is conf_global.php
