Detailed PHP v3 reasons refused.

I have wanted PHP v3 to enable the posix_getpid() function on the wiki I set up with your ad-free service. However, even when I provide a detailed reason, the answer is always no.

Yeah, It's on my Webdisk. I have currently made a hack to make history (but not diffs) work.

Do you know why it needs the extended functionality of PHPv3? We rarely give it out as PHP v2 is designed to work with 95% of the accounts. We trade the 5% for a lot of additional security.
