Did not get diskspace upgrade

Hello,

I have checked both cPanel and AIP and they show 500MB of space. I am on ad-free (starka) and my cPanel name is jalenoes.

Can anyone tell me whether it's just a display error or I really haven't gotten the extra disk space?
