hello there, i already have sent a support request on 27th march and haven't got any reply as yet... please let me know the reason why my hosting account is suspended.. or let me get my data out and i wont ever use the account again..thanks in advance

garrettroyce left a very good explanation of why you were suspended.

I confirmed said suspension, and confirmed a public file uploader which would've violated the File Hosting policy of the TOS anyways. You're permanently suspended either way. For more information, reference your original ticket which -has- received replies. Thank you.
