Difficulty logging on

The links that allow one to log into the forum account aren't working for me, so I can't log on at all, and so can't unsuspend my hosting account.

Which link are you talking about? The one for the forums or the one for the Account Panel? They should both be working as I just checked both in IE and Firefox.

Your account isn't suspended from the looks of things in the system, but I'm still seeing the page as suspended. I'll let Staff know about this as escalation doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
