Directory deletion problem

hello, i'm having a problem with regards to the directories that joomla created in my root folder. i installed joomla to show to my brother and uninstalled it. the problem is that it left some directories and i cant delete them. now i wanted to install joomla again but i cant install it until this folders are deleted. can you please delete this folders for me? just delete everything, i dont need any of those files. thank you and more power.

Did you tried to delete those folders in "Legacy File Manager" in your Cpanel? If not Try it.

yes i did. i even tried deleting it in ftp. still no luck..

oh.. i get it now.. i just need to change the permission before i could delete..
