One day after the creation of my account has passed and I keep getting this error whenever I try to make a new folder with the file manager. In other areas I get an error like "The disk write test failed. You may have exceeded your quota, or the disk is full.".

Please help me with this problem because as a result of the errors I cannot do anything...

Thanks

Hello,

It appears something got messed up when your account was being created, leaving you with only a halfway-created account. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to delete the account and have you sign up again. As such, I have deleted your account and you can sign up for a new hosting account by logging into your account panel with your email address and password, clicking Hosting at the top, and following the links there to sign up again. Let me know if you run into any issues (and list specific error messages and codes if you see them).

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, and thank you for using x10Hosting!

Thank you very much for you fast support.

I followed the links, signed up for a new account and waited for the mail confirmation of the activation. No error message popped out in this phase.
Unfortunately upon login I found the same behavior I had before with the very same errors. Am I doing something wrong? I just filled up the required info for the sign-up and then waited....

Thank you again in advance,

Luca
