Hello,
I am forced to write again for support. I already had this problem that I reported here:

I am unable to access all the content in the home directory. The file manager shows an empty folder and all the various commands do not work.
As per the above post, deleting everything and creating a new account did not solve the problem even if waiting for roughly two days did. This morning (Japan time) I was able to create an email account, upload files and install my CMS in a breeze.... it was accessible from the net and everything was working fine. Then, suddenly, when I was writing an html file on the file manager, everything vanished again. Don't even know if the files are still there....
It is quite bad as I am not really able to use the web hosting service you are providing.... is all this normal??
Anyone willing to help? A definitive fix would be very appreciated.
