Directory listing and Directory not found prob

i add my new domain "www.anil-sanat.com" to my free hosting accont and i upload joomla but when i browse http://anil-sanat.com/joomla i get a 404 error i also want to enable Directory listing for my website but i get a 403 error and i redirect to "http://x10powered.com/errors/403.shtml"
i set custum error page for my website why i must be redirected to above adress when i have custom error page
