Disallowed Key Characters.Child failed to make LIVEAPI connection to cPanel.

That is what i am getting when i try to access my emails by clicking "access webmail" at the TOP OF a blank page. Can anyone tell me what is going on here! I have no access to emails.

Unfortunately I am also getting this error.

I get that error as well. Try switching the theme to "Paper Lantern", I've heard that worked for some people.

Thanks a million, cryza9920! I switched to "Paper Lantern", and the defective-child message no longer appeared, allowing me into my E-mail! I actually preferred the more bare-bones appearance of the Basic interface (easier to find things, including this forum), but I'll take functioning E-mail over simple interfaces any day! Thanks again!
