Disappointed in handling of support ticket

Hi
Would just like to say how very diappointed I am regarding support regarding issue with database in my phpmyadmin.
Was escalated some time ago "original date October 26 at 11:35 pm" but no action was taken to resolve issue and no contact regarding same. I know http://x10hosting.com/forums/members/calistoy.htmlcalistoy escalated ticket I can ask for no more than that from him and thanks. Same to Livewire who also contacted someone regarding issue. The problem I have is that I don't know if my databases are at risk and think as it looks like a security issue with my account it should have been dealt with more quickly or at least the extra database which I do not own should have been deleted from phpmyadmin. Cannot see why it is still pending some action. I know there were server issues but still leaves my account vulnerable as I can delete change tables on this database I figure the person who uploaded it can do the same to my database. Very slow response.

It seems your ticket escalation system has serious flaws or has completely failed which seems to leave users in limbo regarding issues

From what I can see from your forum activity, you have been waiting for 4 days. Please be a bit more patient as we have lots of tickets (50-100) posts everyday which makes it difficult to manage sometimes, and all escalated tickets are spread between around 3 admins.

We are always looking for ways to improve our support system.

I would also like to apologise that the x10Hosting support did not meet your expectations, and hope that your issue will be rectified soon.
