hi, its like a decade since i joined this community, and now i see members from india are not allowed to host website, was thinking to buy premium but not sure if that allowed either.

Buying premium hosting has no restriction on who and where subscribe to their services. Restrictions imposed on Free Hosting to prevent abused / resources hog on their free server. Sadly Legitimate users will be affected by their fellow countrymen if the system is abused. (Most likely myself too can't log in.)
