Disappointed with X10 Lately

X10 Hosting used to be fast and efficient, but lately with all of these upgrades, the servers are constantly down, files seem to disappear at times, database errors constantly, and websites only showing "Index Of/". When will these upgrades be finished and will the slow-webpage loading be resolved? I have been with X10 for awhile and I don't want to leave. Can someone please tell me that these problems will be resolved soon.

Free hosting servers Boru and Lotus are being upgraded to their final set of hardware. Downtime is expected at this time.

I don't know what server you're on, but if it's any of those, that might explain why you're experiencing problems.

Maintenance they indicate is complete, but since MARCH I have not had access to SQL database and have this error.

The upgrades/maintenance should be done.

EXACTLY, what is your problem with the MySQL?

That's not a problem with x10. That's your database configuration. Try re-adding lacems_jo151.jos_session - That should fix the problem.
