It is showing 799.39 MB of 1GB used as 103%, and now 740/1GB on the usage stats, even though my private_html folder is just 386.13MB, and the site is refusing to connect, is that because of this or something else? It is also getting really difficult to find enough things to delete every time I need to upload a new version.

Check logs folder, outside public_html, there is probably autologs created crap

300K, which is something [now deleted], but it's not the missing 400MB.
At least my dashboard is back to 72% used, so maybe it's sorted itself out.
