disk space full...?

I get that in ftp, don't know about uploading via browser yet but I get:
Response: 553 Disk full - please upload later
Error: Critical error

From cPanel:

My disk space usage: 14.81/2500 MB
Bandwidth: 0/45000 MB

And in my main account area at x10hosting.com/account
It just says I've used up 0/2500 on each :l
