Disk Space Usage 300.02/300 MB

I've just create my site www.narongsak.com and upload some source file but when access to cPanel, it show

Disk Space Usage 300.02/300 MB

I checked with file manager and I think my file is not more than 300 MB.

Please help to investigate this. Thank you in advance.
Edit:
I found the big size file, e.g. core.7395 core.7545 around 40 MB. so I decided to delete it.

Those files contained the recorded state of the working memory at the time of which something crashed and can be deleted safely.
