Disk space usage exceeded

I was of the impression that the disk usage was unlimited. I have been informed that I have used too much disk space at 512 MegaBytes.Hardly unlimited is it!!!

It can be unmetered. (Not "unlimited", which implies something different. There are still limitations on what you can use the disk space for.) There is an initial allotment limit to ensure that people don't immediately fill the server's disk with forbidden material. You can request an upgrade to unmetered space if:

• your account is at least 7 days old;
• you are using at least 50% of your initial allotment; and
• your site is in compliance with both the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy
