It's 3 days after your last ticket which was when the account was 3 days old; you're still 1 day early.
The other problem is your main domain, the only domain visible to our backend system, has no website on it. The default "x10hosting" page doesn't count as a website, as I indicated in your last ticket.
In addition, we don't have a way to add an extra database to a free account. Upgrading would be required.
