Displaying different on PC and Mac

I've managed to upload my first html which was successful but I now have the problem of the text displaying differently when it's viewed on a PC.

I wrote the file on a mac and when I view it online on my Mac either in Safari or Mozilla it displays fine. However when I view it on a PC with IE the main body of text aligns to the right instead of the left.

I'm guessing part of my html code may not be written correctly?

I would hugely appreciate any help!?

I can tell you, however, that your code isn't compliant with all browsers. It has nothing to do with the OS.

IE does weird things. In some cases it will try to correct errors in your html whereas mozilla will display the erroneous code.

Along the lines of what leafypiggy said, I would post your entire code and css in the programming help forum and have someone look at it.
