dl(), bigmath, bcmath

Hello, is there anyway to get BCMATH's dl() function removed from the blacklist? Or perhaps at least on my account? I'm currently on vox at kdev.us.

I cannot work-around it nor utilize OpenID without it. Thank you for your support and time in advance.

The function dl() is disabled for all versions of PHP. What do you need that for? As in.. What does OpenID do with it?
