I currently own a .co.uk domain, and i want everything from my account here to be shown at the .co.uk - i think its nameservers i need?

Once you configure ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com as the Nameservers your domain will use, visit cPanel and park your co.uk domain using the Parked Domains function.
