hi, in my account it says dns is offinline could that be the reason why i cant enter my page?

DNS is handled by a different server so it doesn't mater if it's down.

As Chris has already said, DNS is handled by another server (Skyy), so it doesn't matter if it shows offline or online locally.
I've brought DNS online on Stoli, but as we have said it doesn't really make a difference.
