DNS Down?

I would just like to enquire why i cannot access my website since two weeks already? (xeeb.co.za)

Your site is loading fine for me.

What type of error are you receiving?

I'm not actually receiving any error. The site just times out (Read Timeout ). Could it be that my isp are blocking x10 hosted sites?
