dns entry already exists

The registration went smoothly, then I received an email with this:

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for macdaddy.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)

It suggested I repeat the signup process. I did. This was after the system claimed it was free.

Please help. Thanks!
