DNS error (but still able to access FTP)

Hello-
I have a free account with x10 (http://singingingtelegrams.x10hosting.com/) ..while administrating today all of the sudden I couldn't reach the site..I ruled out my browser or internet connection. Any insight? Earlier today I had my account 'unsuspended' but was able to access it, until now.

I just clicked on your link and it loads fine for me. Are you able to log in to your account panel or cPanel?

...and it's down again. I'm sure this is a server-side error as I can access everything else on the web fine..not to mention my site via FTP.
