I've been using this free hosting for 2 weeks now and it's just now that I've encountered this problem. When I try to view my site or log in through Wordpress control panel, that error message appears. I don't know what to do with it, can someone help me out please? Ty.. :(

The webpage "blogeelicious.co.cc" cannot be found

DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. The link may be broken.

Check your configuration on your domain name server. blogeelicious.co.cc resolves to a CNAME (an alias) for lookup.co.cc. It should resolve to the IP address for your host. For example, when I look up my subdomain under co.cc, I get Lotus' IP address.

The weird thing is that lookup.co.cc is a CNAME for lookup.co.cc, which causes an infinite query. Something else bad might be going on at your DN server.

I found your problem. Did this error occur when you moved from a .x10hosting.com subdomain to a co.cc domain?

When you put in information for your blogeelicious.co.cc domain, you put in the wrong nameservers. You currently have sn1.x10hosting.com and sn2.x10hosting.com, when they should be ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.10hosting.com. Try making those changes, allow 48 hours for propagation, and check your website again to see if it's working.

Go to this page: https://www.co.cc/my_account/my_account_manage_domain.php

Find blogeelicious.co.cc and click on it.

Click the yellow "Set Up" button next to blogeelicious.Co.CC.

Selection Option 1. Name Server.

Next to Name Server 1, type in ns1.x10hosting.com

Next to Name Server 2, type in ns2.x10hosting.com

Click the yellow Set Up button at the bottom of the blue box.

Wait up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.

I've checked and it's sn1.x10hosting.com, I've changed to ns and I need to wait for 48 hours. Thank you. I'll come back here and update my post if my problems gets fixed. Thanks again!

No problem, I'm glad I could help.

If your DNS changes don't take into effect for longer than expected, try flushing your DNS cache by opening your command prompt and typing in ipconfig /flushdns
