DNS error

hey guys
i used to have this url a while ago. it got suspended and deleted.
moreins.x10hosting.com

today i decided to signup again using the same site (it showed like available at the signup page).
i filled out all the forms and just got an email with the following error:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for moreins.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)

also, cpanel at http://moreins.x10hosting.com/cpanel doesnt work with the login and pass i signed up before. and i get this when i go to http://x10hosting.com/account

The hosting username you specified does not exist.

i created a support ticket (661114) and went to the chat but i got this from a support user

nope. im still unable to access to my account through http://x10hosting.com/account




also, eventhough http://moreins.x10hosting.com exists, i get this


also, if i try to go to http://moreins.x10hosting.com/cpanel, will show me an error (Couldn't resolve host 'moreins.x10hosting.com')

What I did is delete the DNS zone. You should now be able to register a new account with that domain.
