DNS failed

I the order the new domain as to me the Manager has told if a hosting will not pass SOA record that the domain will not be registered! I payed 20 dollars.

Did you buy this domain from x10hosting?

And have you added the domain in your account cPanel? Not sure if that's gonna cause the error, but it's worth checking all these avenues.
