The DNS for any X10Hosting hosted domain is:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
You will have to provide that to your registrar. After that is done, you can add your domain through CPanel. The DNS for your account is handled by CPanel, so you don't have to edit anything else.
