DNS not working for other people

Greetings x10hosting

I've waited more than 72 hours for the DNS to refresh globally but seems like other people can't still access my site or see it. I have them do the following:
• Flush DNS
• chrome://net-internals/#dns and clear
• Restart router

Unfortunately, despite all those, still they can't access my site. Anything else I can do?

Yes, but there are some that can't and the problem might be on their end. Thank you for your help @spacresx
