I wonder if support is aware that dns is not working

Yes, the DNS is actually hosted on one of the paid servers

Please do NOT post threads like these. Chances are, we're gonna know that something is down before a member posts a thread about a service being down. Please just let us deal with issues like these and things will run smoother.
