In my account management page, I get a red light on DNS offline. Is this normal?
Edit:
As a followup - I changed to use my own domain name, but for some reason when I type in the domain it is still resolving to the original subdomain. In other words, when I type in www.southwoodband.com, i'm still getting southwoodband.pcriot.com.

I've set up the x10 nameservers at the registrar and updated things in my account panel. Any suggestions?

The DNS shouldn't affect whats happening to your domain. Anyway I'll move this to Level 2 Support. *Moved to Level 2 Support

my account panel shows that my primary domain is www.southwoodband.com but cpanel shows that my main domain is southwoodband.pcriot.com.

There doesn't seem to be any way to change it in cpanel, at least none that I've noticed. Could this be my problem?

DNS is handled by another server called "Cirrus". This server handles DNS for ALL the servers, so DNS is offline on the other servers. You'll see the red light as DNS is offline on Cossacks (your server), but it's actually online and running on Cirrus (if not, you wouldn't be able to see your website or x10hosting forums/website).
