DNS record * resolving to park page

Hi,
can anyone here show me how to create a parking page for every unused subdomain ?

i.e. Like x10 do?
There is an A record for subdomain *.x10hosting.com , goes to x10 IP.
If someone visit unused.x10hosting.com , it goes to a parking page.

I know the DNS part.
Can you help me to configure the host part ?

(forget the x10 restrictions. Just I need to know)

You configure that in WHM.

Is there any way to configure it in cPanel level ?

(for my domain only. I have the .htaccess and DNS record modification permissions.)

I don't think you are able to that in cPanel.. If you own a VPS you should be able to do it.
