Hello,

I recently registered a domain on my favorite registrar, and I decided to use x10hosting for that website's hosting. However, I have been having trouble configuring the domain with my x10 space. I was successful in making mydomain.com [not its actual name] redirect, but I cannot make www.mydomain.com redirect correctly; that URL always displays my registrar's "you have registered a new domain" page. I have tried resetting my cache and even other computers and all the things I can think of, but to no avail. What could be wrong?

Have you set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?

Have you also changed your domain info in your account panel to your .com address OR have you parked the .com domain in parked domains located in the cPanel?

I have set the nameservers and verified that they were set correctly.

As for setting the domain, I set it in the "addon domains" section of cPanel. Remember that the "mydomain.com" form is working, just not the form with "www."

May I get your site link to check if I can see it from my end?

The site is bingyahoogoogleask.com or www.bingyahoogoogleask.com . The idea is a search engine that displays four frames, each searching for your query in the bing, yahoo, google, and ask search engines. :)

Thanks for your help.

I'm able to view your site with and without the "www" in your domain name. Are you still having this problem? If so, empty your browser's cache and flush your DNS.

If you need Name Server`s IPs
Then you will get them by ping.

ns1.x10hosting.com = 69.162.115.171
ns1.x10hosting.com = 74.63.233.253

If you need you server IP to create A record then it is

74.63.233.5
