DNS search denied

I'm having some issues with my free account. Actually, the free account is a good way to 'feel' if the service will fit our expectations or not. But, first of all, when I try to put X10 DNS on my site to link it with X10 servers, I can't do it because the search for the DNS is denied. Could someone help me with this issue, please? I applied for my website to the X10 free account about a week ago.

I've already created my free account and registered my own domain. However, I still can't include the X10 DNS on my site. I'm not sure if there's anything else I need to do on the X10 panel.

Ah, now we're making progress. I did that a week ago, but when I click on the hosting control panel, it shows me a message like this: 'Failed to create login token: Login failed.

Sorry if I seemed rude; that was not my intention, and I sincerely apologize. My domain is bravointel.com.br, and while trying to use the domain to access the control panel, I encountered another error. When attempting to change the password for my control panel credentials, I received this error: 'Internal error. Please refresh the page and try again.

No dns for "bravointel.com.br". For now dns is managed at https://registro.br/

Current Nameservers
  • a.auto.dns.br
  • b.auto.dns.br

update nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

yeah i still cannot locate any x10 services related to your account.
maybe a staff member can help you out.

I have re-created your service for you and confirm I can access this. However, you will need to now update your nameservers are indicated above for this to fully provision.
