hey i dont know at all how to set up a website with this what are the name servers for x10hosting i want to host my domain name (etnies.ca)

would i be able to also just set it to 74.86.116.190

That will work if you set it as a A record however it will require a admin to make a change on your account for the domain to work.

also i have another question is it ever possible to change hosting types to ad enhanced hosting?

Yes. Currently you will have to request a termination and then signup for ad-enhanced.
This may change with our new site however.
