Hi, my personal website seems down, I think it's the DNS update issue others have posted about. Can I please PM with an admin/mod my x10hosting account info to have the issue fixed?

Thanks!

There's no need to post personal info. The people who need it can see it.

Your DNS goes to the old "xo4" server, which no longer exists. Please update your DNS to x13.x10hosting.com which is 192.91.81.13

Please give it 48 hours before replying if it does not work as DNS can be cached by your ISP and etc. To make sure it is correct, I like to use MX Toolbox (https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx). This does not cache ever, so when this shows the address above, you are good to go. You can use a non-caching DNS server like Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudfare (1.1.1.1) (and etc) or you can try to clear your Windows DNS cache (just do a search for this. It's not too hard but requires the command prompt).

@garrettroyce it is always a good idea to check what name servers they use, he is using ours, which means we need to updated it.

@intricated For some reason DNS never updated on your domain during the transfer, I have now corrected this.
You may need to flush dns cache or await its natural refresh.
