if I have "Prime Account Upgrade" where can I see (by URL) the end date ?

You can't see this by url there is no such option for Prime or Illuminate!
The only way you can see the end date is in your confirmation email that you received when you upgraded to Prime!

So what you're saying is that there is no way to see when it's about to renew, I would actually have to go and look almost a year ago for an e-mail to see when the subscription ends/starts again?

Yes and if you want to renew your account you have to do it a day or 2 before it expires but i think you will get a pm to renew your Prime account i am not sure about this.
