Do we use the Ranking system here?

Do we? You know those green dots and the smiley face button. Do we use these? Or do we have to ignore them. Should we even encourage them?

Well, there is, if you look at the Reputation meter, At the bottom of each member, there is a yellow face, you can give or take rep there. I will show you.

Why would it? Only staff can give out warnings.

If you get a warning, your rep doesnt go down, but once you reach 30 points you are banned from the site for 5 days.

what does green mean?

What other colors are there apart from green?

Is each warning is equal to 1 point or 2 points???

As far as I know for reputation there is 2 maybe 3 colors green=good rep, red=bad rep and then the one when you first start out here, which merans no rep I guess. I don`t know about the points

I have quoted from a site, using vBulletin, who use EXACTLY the same system.
The Rank names may be a bit off-tone.

Bad/Negative/Red Reputation:
User is off the scale
User better watch out big time
User is infamous around these parts
User can only hope to improve
User has a little shameless behaviour in the past

Neutral/Grey Reputation:
User is an unknown quantity at this point

Good/Positive/Green Reputation:
10: User is on a distinguished road
50: User will become famous soon enough
150: User has a spectacular aura about
250: User is a jewel in the rough
350: User is just really nice
User is a glorious beacon of light
User is a name known to all
1000: User is a splendid one to behold
1200: User has much to be proud of
1400: User will kill your dog
1500: User has a brilliant future
3000: User has a reputation beyond repute
6000: User has killed your dog
