Because the offer a lot of services that no other hosting service provide, for example i spend a lot of time looking for a host that allow me to send email to my users, and im not kidding when i say "i didn't find any host" only x10hosting, and i realize that it has a lot of other services even a lot of paid services. x10Hosting its awesome... i really like it...
