I think a lot of people use CSS these days. Personally, I make a lot of my designs in PS so I find no need for style sheets in the end.

Have you ever seen the guy that does intire web pages using CSS? Those are really nice. But I mostly use them for forums, wordpress, and my friends MySpace accounts.

CSS webpages are very nice to the eye. I personally know a handful of designers that stay strict to CSS webdesign and absolutely no other code for their layout.

CSS is always used for me using them tables in or anything. Thats pretty much all the html for me is by using Style Sheets to keep it on order.
