Help all i,m getting is Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/borneo/public_html] does not exist how do i fix it

That means that the public_html folder is missing. Login to the cPanel File Manager or FTP and check if it is there.

Did you delete everything in the '/home/borneo/' directory ?
