Just wondering. I signed up for Prime a long time ago, and for the first time ever got an inactivity warning in my email.

I don't mind checking in at the forums regularly - it's a great community! - just wondering why I'm getting a warning now after so long (I've been with X10 for years).

Rock on!

x10hosting is now checking (better) for the expiration date of your "plan"
I assume the expiration date of your "plan" has passed

be sure you log-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] -- the Forums no longer count

at the very top of the page - after you log-in at [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - you *should* see [ Upgrades and Support ] - Click on that and it takes you to the list of hosting plans available - click on "Learn More" at the hosting plan you have - at this point you should see the expiration date of your "plan" - at the bottom of the page at [ Upgrade History ]
