• exec() Allowed
• allow_url_fopen on
• allow_url_include off
• mbstring & xslt extensions
• .htaccess support
• URL Rewriting support (mod_rewrite)
• ImageMagick Installed
• PHP Sendmail Enabled
• Ability to create Cron Jobs

Does it have these features? If not, What host can I get them on?

* allow_url_fopen on = No (I think)
* allow_url_include off = Yes (I think)
* mbstring & xslt extensions = Yes (I think)

* Ability to create Cron Jobs = Yes (But there are restrictions)

For obvious reasons I can't tell you the name of a hosting company that provides all these features (But we provide most of them). However I can tell you that you are very unlikely to find them for free. If you want all these features you are probably going to have to go for paid hosting or a VPS (Both of which we can offer, see our homepage for details on paid plans).

I would like to confirm that allow_url_fopen is enabled and that allow_url_include is disabled. ( http://afrosoft.co.cc/sites/afroxav/enabled/allow_url.php ). Mbstring extension is enabled ( http://afrosoft.co.cc/sites/afroxav/enabled/mbstring.php ) and xslt is not installed ( http://afrosoft.co.cc/sites/afroxav/enabled/xslt.php ).
This is on free plan however.

I don't know if x10 is still doing the PHP versions thing (where you start out on a limited "v1" version that is very restricted, and can upgrade to v2 or v3 with good reasons). Back when I was on free hosting, the "v3" version of PHP has exec() enabled.
