What was your original cPanel username? cPanel names have a character limit of 8 characters, so heightsimd couldn't have been the username.

From the admin side, everything seems to work fine. I installed wordpress and it says the process completed without problems yet http://heightsimd.x10hosting.com/wordpress doesn't connect to anything. What did I screw up? Even going to http://heightsimd.x10hosting.com says:

The domain you requested is not currently pointing to an active hosting account. Why not sign-up for your own free hosting account today?


Any ideas?
