Does this break the TOS?

I have a forum hosted with you, and I recently had a discussion on the site about the recent PS3 hacks (whereby people have found ways to run their own programs on the PS3). It was not offering advice on how to do it until someone posted a quick walk through on how they did it and what you had to do. I backed up and deleted the thread, so I can still revert. I was wondering if discussions about such hacks would breach the TOS (It doesn't specifically say in the TOS, but I would really prefer to be sure)

My interpretation of the TOS is that you can be suspended for allowing this to happen on your forum. I can ask a staff member to be 100% sure, but realistically, Sony could come after you for owning a website promoting this hack and I don't think you want to have that come down on you.
