Domain and TOS Help

1. How can I change the domain to a custom domain that I already own?
2. When the TOS stated not to use "Scripts" does that mean I can not use PHP scripts, etc.?
3. Why am I limited to 1024mb, when it said "UNMETERED Disk Space & Monthly Transfer"?

2. You can use PHP scripts. When the TOS refers to scripts, it means things that run continuously (24/7) as opposed to things that are only run when your site is accessed.
