I'm getting the domain available page also.
Moved to level two support

Check now please, it should be working.
You may need to clear your cache & temporary files, and make a flush of your DNS before being able to access it.

Yes I already know how to fix it but the problem is that I'm dealing with visitors who don't know how to find the command prompt etc. Perhaps also dealing with people with other language windows.
My question was is there maybe an alternative, maybe route that ip that is in people's local file to new active site?

Hi,

I believe the DNS cache is transitory, and also that when the OS is shut down/rebooted, the cache is reset.
