Domain Available for my site page? Whats going on?

Every once in a while when I go modify the forums that are created on my site, I get this thing saying that there is a 404 error and the page does not exist. And some x10hosting ads come. Then I check my homepage and it says that the "Domain is Available"

Whats going on? Im on an adfree Corporate package and my site is 1337.pcriot.com.

Please flush your DNS, clear your webcache and try again.

Yea it sometimes appears as "Welcome" or "Domain Available". Sorry I am a newcomer at this but, how do I clear my webcache and "flush" my DNS?

The cache can be cleared from your browser. Look on the browser settings for: "Clear Cache", "Clear private information", or something similar.
To flush your DNS: Start > Run > Type "cmd" > Type "ipconfig /flushdns".
